ABOUT WILLIAM R. BIGGS
I was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX.
Prior to starting my own firm, I worked for six years at the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of Texas in both Dallas and Fort Worth. I worked for three years as an appellate attorney and three years as a trial attorney and thus have considerable experience in both areas. I have devoted my entire career to criminal defense. I am Board Certified in Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, which means I am certified in Texas as a specialist or expert in criminal law and criminal appellate law. From 2019 - 2021, I have been rated a Super Lawyer in Criminal Defense by Texas Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters publication.
